Inspired by the paths of ascension in the Kabbalistic tree of life, each cosmogram represents a unique healing journey. The drawings work as vibrational medicine that can be used to focus on in meditation.

The three-dimensional soft sculptures are large enough to hold a person and to influence the person’s energetic flow in the body. Whilst some of the sculptures are meant to induce states of relaxation and to have a stress-reducing effects, others are meant to activate and massage the lymphatic system and internal organs. Infused within these sculptures are carefully chosen crystals, medicinal plants and grounding mats that align with the quality and energy of each cosmogram, allowing for a deeper connection to the healing energies the sculptures represent.

These soft sculptures have found a temporary home in a safe house in Brent where they have become a part of weekly relaxation sessions. The women wear gowns with stitched-on blankets for comfort and a medicinal plant-dyed silk cloth for further support.
